We met Kim Ricard in 2023 when we inquired about an old house in CT. Although that one did not work out, Kim tirelessly stuck with us showing us new homes as they came up. We had been looking for a while for an older home in our price range and peaceful. Kim never faltered. We never looked for another real estate company nor realtor. Kim became our friend in the process and I just totally trusted her vision, opinion, evaluation and work ethic. We looked at many houses along the way and Kim was up for the adventure. One weekend, 3 terrific homes in terrific neighborhoods at the prove and taxes we wanted came along. We simply picked one and could not be happier. When we move in, Kim and her husband will be our first dinner guest. I highly recommend her. Kim has great warmth, character and honesty. I don’t know if you could find many better.

Aaron is absolutely the best at what he does. He stayed on top of making sure our quick close went on schedule, communicating with us and the sellers in a difficult situation and answering all of our questions, no matter how annoying we got! Also went beyond the call to give us all the resources and support we could possibly ask for to help get us started as multi family owners. From state changes, far drives to showings and constant phone calls to make sure our closing happened seamlessly, Aaron was the best fit for us and we'd highly recommend him 3 times over, everytime. And best of all got us a house below asking! Thank you for everything!
