We met Kim Ricard in 2023 when we inquired about an old house in CT. Although that one did not work out, Kim tirelessly stuck with us showing us new homes as they came up. We had been looking for a while for an older home in our price range and peaceful. Kim never faltered. We never looked for another real estate company nor realtor. Karen went above and beyond to help us navigate not only buying our first home, but a new construction first home. She's been fast to respond, always checking in, and willing to assist wherever she can. There were many moments where we needed her to help "push" things along with people we were waiting on - builder, attorney, etc. Always willing to listen and be on our side when we needed support. She truly is the best agent, I can't imagine going through this daunting process without her. Not to mention she is caring and friendly, and knows Stonington through and through!!
