We met Kim Ricard in 2023 when we inquired about an old house in CT. Although that one did not work out, Kim tirelessly stuck with us showing us new homes as they came up. We had been looking for a while for an older home in our price range and peaceful. Kim never faltered. We never looked for another real estate company nor realtor.
