I've lived in several states and have bought and sold many houses in the past four decades. With the exception of one realtor, I've always had favorable experiences. In 2024, I needed to move to Connecticut, from Pennsylvania, and I began my search for a house online. I found one house that I was interested in and requested the help of an agent (online).
