She immediately found three investors to come look at my property and it was not painful in any way nor did it take long. I closed so fast I was just in disbelief. She handled everything for me very professional, timely, and exciting. I would recommend her to sell anybody’s home.

Susan is remarkably on top of the housing market. I resisted some of her suggestions on what to spend money on to attract the buyer. Once the house sat on the market...I did what she said and it sold. My lesson is that no matter your personal taste...do what she says as she knows what will make the house sell fast.
