Susan may stand about 5’1 or a little more but she definitely stands head and shoulders above the rest! I live out of state and when it came time to sell my place, I remembered her dedication and sincerity from partnering with her before. I gave her a call, she remembered me and was ready to roll up her sleeves and pull off what seemed an almost impossible task. She was the boots on the ground and got my once prized condo up to A+ penthouse status. She wasted no time, she suggested upgrades and I gave her my full trust, the reward was being on the market for 48 hours, fast closing, and getting my asking price! She treated me like family and I really felt she was as vested as I was in getting the best outcome. I will also love this lady and if I ever return to Colorado I know just who to call to help me find a place I can call home.

Susan is absolute magic. When we started looking, we had a narrow window for where we wanted to live. We not only wanted to keep the same school district, but the same elementary school. We had some odd preferences (I actually like wood paneling, and hate open concept) and the area we were looking for has a lot of homes with foundation issues. She showed us homes that we requested, and suggested homes that were similar. While we looked, she picked up on things that I didn't outright mention as a priority, like how I need counterspace, that I'm a sucker for soaking tubs, how I love a well organized closet space, and how my husband likes the idea of a home bar. When we first started talking, I told her that I wanted the house we were renting, just better... and that's exactly what she found for us, not two days after it went on the market. No foundation issues to be found, and not *only* was it in the same elementary district, but my kid gets to keep the same bus. It ticked every one of the things I requested, and all of those little things that she managed to get out of me from just chatting. Looking at homes with Susan was like looking with a long lost best friend. It was a ton of fun, and you just know that she's looking out for you. 10/10 Would recommend any day of the week.

Susan made the home buying process super fast and easy and we learned so much from her! She got us the condo we wanted and we closed on it in three weeks! We couldn’t have done it without her!
