Judy and Chris were the best realtors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and experienced, especially in the Denver, Lakewood, Belmar area. This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents. They coordinated repairs, staging, cleanings, and kept the place looking good during the listing period as we were out of the country. Complete trust and confidence in this team. Amy is very experienced and knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general. She knows all the nuances and gives great advice. She is not pushy and will cater to your needs. When we started our home buying process, we both decided we should work with Robin Reyes who we met the summer before at an open house .
