She walked through the home with me and supplied clear direction on each room and yard as to what needed to be moved out, painted and/or repaired. Her directions helped our family stay on task and once finished, she completed her staging which made the house look like a model home and along with her expertise in marketing we had an incredible outcome for the open house. This home belonged to my Mother-In-Law whom we had to place in a memory care community due to late-stage Dementia and selling it quickly was a priority as we needed the funds to ensure her care costs were secured so long as she required them. Shaylin’s professionalism, understanding and at times counseling was key to our success. Brian was incredibly helpful with our first home buying experience. He listened to everything we said, we were looking for in a home and he was incredibly helpful in finding that for us.
