Michael Arruabarrena helped me buy my home AND sell my home. In 2005 Michael was the seller's agent, yet I enjoyed working with him, and we became friends. We stayed in contact for 17 years. Family changes resulted in relocation to another state, so I needed to sell my home, and of course I contacted Michael. Michael handled everything. My successful home sale was completed entirely remotely. Michael is professional, experienced, and efficient, also an effective communicator. He has a great sense of humor, and a heart of gold. Michael Arruabarrena has been our family's real estate agent for well over 20 years and our family has bought and sold a good number of houses and condos during those years. I was in a real pickle with a property that was left by a deceased family member, which was in worse than poor condition and I had moved out of state! My realtor wasn't able to help me and turned me on to Duff Knott. A GODSEND! Duff was professional, kind, QUICK, helpful in getting the right people in to see the property and in a market where sellers were stalled out - he had multiple showings right away. Within a week we had 2 offers. Duff helped negotiate the best offer for me and was on hand at closing. He was kind, professional and kept in touch even after we signed just to make sure all was good. Highly Recommend!!!
