Michael Arruabarrena helped me buy my home AND sell my home. In 2005 Michael was the seller's agent, yet I enjoyed working with him, and we became friends. We stayed in contact for 17 years. Family changes resulted in relocation to another state, so I needed to sell my home, and of course I contacted Michael. Michael handled everything. My successful home sale was completed entirely remotely. Michael is professional, experienced, and efficient, also an effective communicator. He has a great sense of humor, and a heart of gold. My belief is we can determine if a deal is fair when either everyone is mad, or everyone is happy; both buying and selling my home, everyone was happy. Thank you, Michael.
