She helped us with every question we had and was there every step. We are first time homebuyers so it was very intimidating. She helped us feel better and get a great home!

Whether you are a first time buyer, or have bought 100 houses, Holly is simply the best there is. Her communication is amazing and she will do everything to make the experience as easy and stress free as possible. She will answer your questions day or night and work with your schedule. She helps find your perfect home without being pushy. She is really on your team 100%. Still not convinced? Let me tell you! Holly was a wonder to work with for our first home and we can’t say enough great things about everything she did and continues to do for us! We were terrified to buy a home and be stuck in a bad situation or feel like we settled, but she communicated non biased thoughts about properties and gave really good feedback and guidance. Seriously just choose her, I promise you won’t regret a thing!

Ive bought and sold multiple properties with Debby, she has gone above and beyond each time. Makes it an easy experience.

The market is slow right now and Kristin did a remarkable job in helping us to list the right price, not too high, not too low, just right. We had an offer the first day of listing and the first buyer bought the house at just $4,000 under asking price. She was both personal and professional.

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.
