As we all know or can assume, buying property is exhausting and stressful. We recently bought a home, and Ben made the process super simple. It might have just been a little luck, but we found our new home within the first showing. Ben gets to know you and understands what you are looking for. I mentioned it would be awesome if we had shutters for the inside of windows just in passing. He remembered and pointed them out to me during the showing. It's just little things like that he does that puts the cherry on top :) He was on top of everything and made closing tolerable. We had awful finance people, and he made the 6-hour ordeal endurable.
