I have worked with Stephanie now for several years: she helped us buy our first home nine years ago and just recently helped us sell that home and upgrade to our new home. Stephanie was considerate and flexible with all of life's stages, including scheduling showings when we were child-free and all we did was work non-stop, or when we had children and she would make herself available to speak with us after the kids' bedtime or schedule last-minute showings on the weekends. She has always given insightful feedback on a home that would suit our family's needs. We have also worked with Stephanie in both a "seller's market" and a "buyer's market." But what has remained constant is that she is a true professional. She ALWAYS responds promptly - to the point where once when it took her slightly longer to respond I was genuinely concerned! Her prompt communication was never expected on my end, but always appreciated. She makes you feel like you are truly her top priority. Marlene was exceptionally helpful. She was also very flexible. I’ve been working with her for almost a year to get ready for a big move from out of state. She quickly adjusted my start each time I decided on a new parameter for a different one. When it came down to the offer, she covered all the details. She was exceptionally thorough making sure to fight really hard for a great deal!!! She also fought through the inspection when some serious issues were found. She represented me and my interest very well and ensured that everything was taken care of for me as I was out of state and unable to. A wonderful partner for a challenging situation!!!!
