Chad and Teegan did a great job selling our home and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. They obviously know the area and the market well and they were a delight to work with. Chad helped us navigate through some home repairs, providing good tips and references on how to fix those touch-ups that every house requires. Also, he did great with the listing photography. Very well-lit photos of the house and rooms with from nice vantage points. It's something we kind of took for granted, until we compared his shots to other listings. I'm a believer that those kinds of things can make a big difference. Teegan is fantastic -- she's creative, she's detail-oriented, and she's customer-focused. She's definitely someone you want in your corner.
