We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person.
