From the beginning to the end of the process Carri was informative, understanding, and responsive. Communication and the willingness to show us any house we wanted to see in a timely manor was a common theme. One thing that put her over the top was she was able to pick up on the things me and my wife wanted in a house and started to point out houses that would fit what we wanted. This was important because it cut down on the amount of houses we needed to look at. As first time home buyers Carri was exactly what we needed as her knowledge and team gave us all the information ask for and then more for the questions we didn't know to ask. I wouldn't change a thing, thank you for all your hard work.

Carri was an awesome friend and realtor! As a military family moving in from out of state we had limited time to find a house in 2022 when the market was going crazy. Carri showed us over 60 (!!) homes and submitted multiple offers on our behalf. We eventually found a new-build that came on the market the day we toured the home; we were the first ones to see it and snapped it up with many others behind us ready to do the same. Two years later as the market slowed down Carri again made it as easy as possible for us to sell the house in a slow market while still maximizing value for us. Highly recommended!!

We had to move from overseas for work and were just planning on renting because the market was not what we wanted it to be. Carri was confident she could find us a place that we'd be happy with and while I wasn't convinced, we said we'd give it a try. Boy am I glad did! Carri was right. Within a few weeks she'd helped us find the perfect place for us. Because we were still overseas, she did an excellent virtual walk through for us, answered all our questions, and helped us navigate all the wickets from afar. We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Carri!

We purchased 2 homes with Carri in 2024. Both purchases were VA assumables. Carri’s experience and expertise made the process very smooth for both purchases. She was able to guide us answering every question we had. She was also very accommodating to our busy schedule, meeting us on very short notice frequently. She was excellent with negotiations on both houses. Couldn’t recommend Carri enough!

Carri was amazing to work with. She walked us through every step and made us feel so comfortable for our first buying a house. I would recommend her to anyone!
