Real estate has been a 'family business' for Ty Hecht, and he joined Cowles&Co in January of 2022 after making a career change. Raised in Colorado Springs, he is very familiar with our growing city and brings a wealth of local knowledge. Growing up surrounded by Realtors®, he learned passively and early about residential real estate and investing. Always inquisitive, he had already consumed so much knowledge, it seemed natural to forge a career and chase his passion. Ty has a tenacity for personal growth and customer service. First Time Homebuyer

Tias was beyond helpful in the buying process. As a first time homebuyer I had little knowledge of what went into making the purchase. Tias helped me to locate my house within my price range and preferred area. I never felt like I was intruding when asking him on late notice to go to an open house or asking basic questions about the process. Once I found the one I wanted, his knowledge of the market allowed us to submit a competitive offer and negotiate things such as a new roof and additional money back to complete fixes to the house.
