Kerri helped a ton with getting my wife and I into our beautiful new home. While I was deployed, the team at Reality One helped my wife in every aspect of the home search. From traveling home to home around Colorado Springs, to setting us up in a new build and inspecting it along the way. They also gave us all the resources needed to get us through the process. Kerri and her team were essential to us getting us into our home

We had the opportunity to work with Kerri and her team after dealing with a horrible agent! Kerri and her team quickly came in and helped turn things around. She scheduled a fabulous photographer who did a fantastic photo shoot of the property and did an awesome job editing and prepping the photos before going back on the market. Kerri is trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and will do her absolute best to network and get showings into your property. I would highly recommend working with Kerri and her team, she turned a bad experience (not with her) into a solid transaction that would not have taken place without her hard work, marketing, and networking. If you are in a tough market position and need to sell your house, Kerri is the person I'd recommend every time.

We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person. We love our new home, our new community, and are looking forward to many happy years in our perfect home.

Diana and Amanda were so wonderful to work with. They really listened to the needs and wants we had in finding the perfect home for our multi-generational family. They are personable and very accommodating in every way possible!!!

Team Doyle did a remarkable job helping me find a home in Colorado Springs. Dianna was able to negotiate my needs into the contract and get me the very best deal. The communication was outstanding!! Since this was my first time buying, communication was key. She the experience felt so smooth and easy. I’m so thankful to have used her as my realtor.

We have used Dianna numerous times for purchasing and selling houses. I cannot recommend her enough she gives amazing customer service, has great knowledge and is a problem solver. She has always gone above and beyond for our family. She is now a dear friend and if we ever move back to CO I would continue to keep her as our realtor.

Julie answered all my questions and gave me suggestions when I asked. Suggestions that were proven to be the right ones. She is very knowledgeable. I trusted her with one of the most important financial decisions in my life and I am glad I did.

Julie was very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful in selling my house fast.

Julie stayed up to par with everything that was going on with the property and the closer. I would recommend her any day if someone needed a realtor. She’s a very special woman.
