As first time homebuyers and having not spoken to another realtor, we weren’t sure what to expect. Jerry set the bar really high and far exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated that Jerry wasn’t “salesy” and at no point did he try to make us feel like we needed to make an offer, offer more than we wanted, or hype us up for a bad deal. He walked every property with us and pointed out things like outdated electrical panels, cracked foundations, etc…the things most people overlook. We are so grateful to Jerry for helping us find the perfect home to raise our 1 year old in! He’s the best dude around.
