She was also very helpful in pricing our home, telling us what would be realistic and help us be more likely to sell the home fast, as that was our priority. We listed and had a full price offer within two days, and the home sold within a month. She negotiated us through some inspection items that came up and saved us tons of money through that as well as just being a genuinely kind and caring person to talk through. I always felt like I could ask her anything and knew she cared about us as people more than just clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

Brent and team were great to work with. Got us an amazing home. After we moved in in June, he listed our home and got it sold under contract in 6 days. Highly recommend. His knowledge of the Colorado Springs area is awesome. Always available and willing to help. His network did a great job on our roof and took amazing pictures.
