I was very glad that throughout the whole process it was apparent Rob's goal was to help me find the home that I want. I felt continually reassured by Rob and never pressured or rushed to make a decision; he even kept a mind towards the future and helped me to think about potential resell value, home improvements, and other things I might do to the house after day 1 of purchasing.
