I started looking for a house in the Denver area a year ago. I made 3 trips to Denver from Washington state to look at the area and decide where I wanted to live. Every single time, Danny was there to chauffer me around. We ended up looking at over 60 houses. Danny never complained or pressured me, he just guided me along the way, giving me his priceless knowledge about the area and each house I looked at. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and great negotiator, call Danny Fulton! He negotiated with the other agent and got me everything I wanted and more!

We have moved over a dozen times, mostly associated with our careers. In total we have worked with more than a dozen selling and over a dozen buying realtors - Lauren was easily the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She asked in depth questions about what we were looking for in a home and what if anything we wanted to try and avoid. She truly wanted to understand what made a great property in our opinion. She was a great communicator, super responsive and understood why some homes we looked at fell short of our expectations. She worked tirelessly to ensure we found the right property. She was assertive in representing us, while also being realistic about the market, managing sellers/agents expectations, etc. and helped us navigate a quite involved purchase of our new home all the way through to closing (and beyond). She was nothing short of amazing. There is not one area where I would suggest to her she focus on improvement. If you are looking for an agent in the CO Springs area I would suggest you give her a call. We certainly will when the time comes.

Lauren was excellent from the first moment we met. She was professional, friendly, answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. She made us feel like we were more to her than just her clients. We can’t recommend her enough!

Kristi is amazing. She is very client focused and wonderful with communication. Her experience and guidance in a tough market allowed us to list our home at the right price and get it under contract in 5 days. That experience matters in all market conditions, but especially when it is slow. We highly recommend Kristi!

This is our 9th transaction with Landin and he never disappoints!

This is my second time working with Ryan. Ryan set my house up to sell well! It sold for $50k more for what I’d bought it for 6 months previously. I had to move for work; and I wasn’t sure how it would sell given the current housing climate. Ryan helped my house to shine, did awesome with marketing, and my house went under contract within a day of listing for asking price! He answered all of my questions along the way efficiently and comprehensively. He advocated for me to the buyers. My expectations were blown and I’d highly recommend Ryan for anyone trying to buy or sell real estate.
