Brandon was very professional, always kept me informed by calls, texts and emails and has extensive knowledge of real estate in Northern Colorado.

My husband and I had very positive experiences working with Erich during both the purchase of a home in Johnstown five years ago and the recent sale of that same house. He is friendly, hard-working, and professional, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Whatever your real estate needs are, he will get the job done for you!

Amy Talent… there seriously are no words to express how amazing she is!!!! Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, always on top of things, listens to her clients, kind, honest… but she has become a great friend during the process. She knows real estate better than anyone I have ever known, and she made the entire experience one I will never forget. I have never bought a house without seeing it in person first, and I don’t think I could have done that with anyone else but Amy. (And side note, I never met her in person until closing day.) However, she was always a phone call, a text, or email away. Always listened to me, gained my trust, and I knew she truly cared about our family. She is honestly the best of the best, and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Top of the line. Love her dearly!!!!!! If you need a realtor, don’t walk… run to Amy & thank me later! ❤️
