Holly was an excellent realtor! She offered a well-researched and comprehensive assessment of how my property would fit in the current market and made specific recommendations on how to make it as attractive as possible before hitting the market. She also recommended trusted local contractors and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and outreach throughout the process. She helped me feel confident about selling my home and empowered me to feel informed at each step of the process. I am truly grateful for Holly's expertise as well as kindness in how she represented me during the process of selling my home!

Kelly’s knowledge, energy, good sense and creativity led to a quick sale at the right price. If there are problems or questions, she knows how to get answers—fast. She was there for us every step of the way, and we would definitely work with her again.

Holly was extremely experienced, highly knowledgeable, very pleasant, and exceptionally hard working. She guided us through the entire purchase and sale process with great ease. After living in the same house for 44 years we appreciated her expertise and guidance in our move.

Overall the real estate did well

It seems that all I had to do is point at something, twerk my head sideways, frown, or raise an eyebrow and she knew exactly what I was thinking. She displays confident experience, enthusiasm, and customer concern: the textbook example how to match skill set with professionalism.

I started looking for a house in the Denver area a year ago. I made 3 trips to Denver from Washington state to look at the area and decide where I wanted to live. Every single time, Danny was there to chauffer me around. We ended up looking at over 60 houses. Danny never complained or pressured me, he just guided me along the way, giving me his priceless knowledge about the area and each house I looked at. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and great negotiator, call Danny Fulton! He negotiated with the other agent and got me everything I wanted and more!
