Tom is smart and experienced - he knows how to navigate all the details- negotiation of price, termination date deadlines, inspection adjustments. He has so much local knowledge to guide you if you run into challenge. Tom is a wonderful human, who doesn't tell you what to do, but helps you figure out the best steps for you.
