Monica Graves listed my home after not selling my home with a different realtor. She took charge had the place staged and in an environment of nobody buying she made it happen. The buyer was an absolute unforgiving terrible buyer who threatened to cancel deal if he didn’t get everything he wanted. Monica until the day of the closing worked everything out to my undying satisfaction.
