A trusted family member highly recommended Chrissy to me, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her. My situation was a difficult one. My father had recently passed away, and I needed help selling his townhouse. The market had been a little uneasy, and unfortunately, my father had been a smoker, which added another challenge to the process. From the moment Chrissy showed up, she was kind, professional, and incredibly encouraging. She immediately recognized that this would be a challenging property to sell, but she never backed down or wavered. We sat down together, made a plan, and moved forward one step at a time. We eventually hired a company to handle some of the necessary work on the townhouse. Unfortunately, through no fault of Chrissy’s, the company fell short of the standard of work they had originally promised. It was our first time working with this company; there was no way to anticipate the issues we encountered. But Chrissy was on top of it. She immediately started working behind the scenes. She was fantastic at mediation. Together, we addressed the issues with the company and got them resolved quickly. She is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. Throughout the entire process, we faced one challenge after another. There were plenty of moments when I’m sure anyone would have understood if she had thrown in the towel—but Chrissy never gave up on us. We kept working together as a team, pivoting, redirecting, and moving forward until we finally crossed the finish line. Chrissy is an exceptional person and truly one of a kind. She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to have by my side during such a difficult and emotional time.
