Great local knowledge and great advice. Highly recommend!

Janice did a great job for us. My father had worked with her for years and he left us a lot in Eagle-Vail that we wanted to sell. Knowing of this previous relationship I got in touch with Janice who was very knowledgeable and confident about the area and she listed our lot at a higher value than our recent appraisal. Living overseas she made the process very easy for us. She sold it in on the same day that the listing went out and even had some back up offers if this one didn’t work out. Overall we were very pleased with her and if the occasion arose would have no hesitation working with her again.

We have worked with the Hoys for 10+ years, selling two houses and buying three. We sold the last one in six days and purchased one in a very competitive market. They really know the Vail Valley, have great contacts here and have the leverage of the largest real estate company in the Valley, Slifer.

Tricia is hands down the best agent with which we have ever worked. We found her to be patient and supportive in the decision making process, and able to provide us with expert advice. She is a knowledgeable professional who is a pleasure to work with. She remains level headed during chaotic negotiations and works overtime to make the deal happen. Highly recommend her!

Tricia helped us with a land purchase transaction. She was professional throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with. She was also helpful in putting us in touch with other professionals in the valley to help us evaluate the process to build a home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the Vail Valley.

Tricia is a very professional and enthusiastic agent. She was quite determined to help us find exactly what WE were looking for, and always had our interests at the fore. We would certainly use her again in the future, and heartily recommend her to others.
