Amy Dorsey grew up in Denver, Colorado. She is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City. She is married and her husband, Connie has been in the hotel business for over 40 years. Because of his career field and job transfers, they have lived throughout the United States; in both cities and resorts, which include Los Angeles, Texas and New York City. As a result of her husband's love of the Colorado Mountains, and her home state connection, they continued to return to the Vail Valley. Amy began her real estate career in Vail, working for a developer. She has worked in both residential and commercial real estate. She established her residential real estate career in New York City in 1990. The Dorsey's returned to Vail in 1993 and Amy began selling real estate for Vail Associates Real Estate. In 1994, Vail Associates Real Estate and Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate merged. She has been a member of the firm since that time. Amy is a Broker in Slifer Smith & Frampton's Ritz-Carlton® Bachelor Gulch Office. She previously was the Branch Broker for the Park Hyatt Office from 2004 through 2013. In April, 2012, she was appointed to the Colorado Real Estate Commission as a Commissioner by Governor Hickenlooper. Additionally, Amy was the 2008/2009 President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS, a Past President of the Vail Board of REALTORS, and was the 2006 Mountain District Vice President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. In 2001 she received the Vail Board of REALTORS most prestigious award, REALTOR of the Year, and in 2006 and 2009 she received the Distinguished Service Award from the Colorado Association of REALTORS. In October, 2013, Amy was chosen as the Colorado Association of REALTORS, 2013 REALTOR of The Year. She is a member of the RPAC & CAR Hall of Fames. She has the real estate designations of CIPS, MRE, GRI, CRS, RSPS, CLHMS and Million Dollar Guild Member. She is also a founding member of the CG Club of Columbia. Amy lives in Cordillera Valley Club with her husband Connie, and the family dogs, Henry James, and Oscar.

During Cathy's 43 years selling luxury mountain resort properties, she has consistently remained one of the nation’s top producers. Cathy’s sales in 2024 exceeded $181 million making her the #1 Top Producer for the entire Vail Valley as well as Top Producer at Slifer Smith & Frampton for the thirteenth year in a row. Slifer Smith & Frampton is the largest and most successful real estate brokerage in Eagle County. Cathy started her life in the mountains in 1974, where she headed to Copper Mountain Resort. Cathy is originally from New Jersey, where she was raised on a dairy farm. In 1980, Cathy joined Keystone Real Estate in 1980 in Keystone Resort and quickly became the company’s top producer. In 1986, she moved to Beaver Creek Resort and began selling with Vail Associates Real Estate, then with Slifer Smith & Frampton, and stayed on after the 1994 merger of the two. Following the merger, Cathy was appointed Branch Broker of SSF’s Park Hyatt Office. During her four years in that position, she was one of SSF’s top producers and the listing broker for major Beaver Creek developments. In 1998, Cathy relocated to SSF’s Bachelor Gulch office, where she became the listing broker for Bear Paw, Settler’s Lodge, Firelight, and the Horizon Pass Townhomes. These properties represent a major portion of Bachelor Gulch Village’s multi-family developments, a total of 90 residences. Since moving to the Bachelor Gulch Sales office (located in The Ritz-Carlton® Hotel), Cathy has had the distinction of being the Bachelor Gulch office’s top producer for 25 years. She is also the Branch Broker of the Bachelor Gulch office. Her sales record of a cumulative total of more than $3 billion (over $2.9 billion in just the past 17 years), without her previous 30 years of sales noted, makes Cathy one of the top agents in the entire country. Cathy is known for high-end residential listings and sales and was the listing and selling agent for many of the highest priced homes ever sold in the history of Beaver Creek Resort, Bachelor Gulch Village, and Vail. Cathy specializes in not only the high-end luxury market but is equally proficient in condominium sales having been the original listing agent for East West Partners and many of their projects. She now handles the listings and sales of many of these re-sale properties. Her sales continue to thrive, which Cathy attributes to working harder and smarter in a tough market and being very knowledgeable about the local market and inventory. Cathy prides herself on maintaining strong relationships with clients and fellow brokers alike, allowing her to often have advanced notice and information on properties before they go active in the MLS which certainly gives her buyers an advantage in this low inventory market. Cathy lives with her husband, Russ, at their residence at the Horizon Pass Townhomes in gorgeous Bachelor Gulch Village. Cathy has resided within the resort since 2000. She is a Board Member of the Bachelor Gulch Residents’ Association. Her outside interests include traveling, golf with a membership at Eagle Springs Golf Club as well as the Frost Creek Golf Club, gardening and flying in their plane for quick get-always as well as skiing if the weather is nice. Her main enjoyment, other than the activities with Russ and her daughter Lindsay and her family, is the opportunity to sell real estate in the best place in the world, meet wonderful people and have friends from all walks of life.

A proud Kansas Jayhawk (born and raised in Overland Park), Dan migrated westward to Colorado in 2012 to work in the Breckenridge Ski & Ride School. After a summer working in an administrative role for Slifer Smith & Frampton, he knew that the Rocky Mountains would be home forever. Dan spent time as a member of the top-producing Broker team in Breckenridge before making the leap over ‘the pass’ to work in the Vail Valley. Dan has sold everything from large acreage parcels and ranches to luxury ski-in/ski-out resort properties. Working from the SSF office located in the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Dan has had the opportunity to assist Buyers and Sellers from all corners of the globe with their real estate goals. Dan has also worked alongside the team at Riverfront Village in Avon, helping to successfully launch and sell out the One Riverfront Townhome and Condominium new development projects. Dan has experience in marketing, contracts, negotiations and all the intricate skills required to sell a high country home in today’s market, all while maintaining a midwestern work ethic and kindness that his clients appreciate long after their Closing date.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Jay moved to the Vail Valley in 2008 after falling in love with skiing in the Colorado mountains during childhood ski trips. Originally intending to be in the Valley only one ski season, he quickly realized his love for the outdoor adventures that the area has to offer and decided to make it his permanent home. Jay takes advantage of the mountain lifestyle by skiing, biking, camping, hiking, and golfing with his family, friends, and the many visitors coming to the area. After graduating college, Jay worked in the hospitality industry but wanted to apply his customer service background to real estate in the Vail Valley. By demonstrating his ability to bring top tier service and effective communication to Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, he has made his mark quickly in the business. Jay continues to stay up to date with the best ways to market his client's homes, which is trending towards digital marketing and prospecting. Jay is truly grateful to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world and for the ability to share that love with many guests and visitors from around the world.

Kent moved to Colorado from Dayton, Ohio in 1978 to attend Western State College. During college he played football and enjoyed skiing Crested Butte. He graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Marketing and Business Management. After college Kent moved to Denver and developed an extensive sales background and continued his education. Kent worked for Federal Express for 13 years and pursued an M.B.A. He moved to Vail in October of 1995 and joined the team of Slifer Smith & Frampton where his corporate background, hard work and determination earned him Rookie of the Year honors in 1996. Kent has continued to maintain high production rankings in the company by receiving the prestigious "Eagle Award" as one of Slifer Smith and Frampton's Top Producing Brokers in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020, and again in 2021. Kent was also recognized in 2004, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 as the Top Producing Broker in Cordillera. Topping his long list of achievements, Kent has also received his CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist and GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute. In 2020 Kent was recognized by Realtrends.com as one of America's Best Real Estate professionals in the state of Colorado because of his sales volume in 2020 of $80 million . Kent is also a member of the Aspen MLS. He enjoy selling Real Estate from East Vail to Aspen. Kent is the President and Founder of the Vail Polo Club. He enjoys utilizing his string of polo ponies by often showing his customers property on horseback. Some of his other passions are fly fishing, golf and skiing. Kent organizes local polo tournaments to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He also dedicates a weekend in September every year to organize and play in The Make-A-Wish Foundation Polo Tournament in Denver Colorado with his brother Scott. The most rewarding aspect of Kent's real estate career is the opportunity to establish long lasting friendships with his customers. Kent lives in the beautiful Cordillera neighborhood, a fabulous golf community, which has been his home for over 20 years. He is also an active member of the Cordillera Golf Club.
