About Dan

A proud Kansas Jayhawk (born and raised in Overland Park), Dan migrated westward to Colorado in 2012 to work in the Breckenridge Ski & Ride School. After a summer working in an administrative role for Slifer Smith & Frampton, he knew that the Rocky Mountains would be home forever. Dan spent time as a member of the top-producing Broker team in Breckenridge before making the leap over ‘the pass’ to work in the Vail Valley. Dan has sold everything from large acreage parcels and ranches to luxury ski-in/ski-out resort properties. Working from the SSF office located in the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Dan has had the opportunity to assist Buyers and Sellers from all corners of the globe with their real estate goals. Dan has also worked alongside the team at Riverfront Village in Avon, helping to successfully launch and sell out the One Riverfront Townhome and Condominium new development projects. Dan has experience in marketing, contracts, negotiations and all the intricate skills required to sell a high country home in today’s market, all while maintaining a midwestern work ethic and kindness that his clients appreciate long after their Closing date.
