Amber helped the reviewer sell this property

Amber Lemon is an extremely competent realtor who is very personable and resourceful.

We had problems with a couple of the local property appraisal companies, and she managed to find a more confident appraiser to complete the job and close the sale. I believe another realtor might not have had that experience and knowledge to work through what took additional seven weeks to close the dealdue to appraisal issues. Amber is extremely knowledgeable and personable to work with.
