Amber helped make an unusual sale go smoothly, since property was many states away from us. She recommended and met with repair people who were needed to complete the sale. Was so friendly and fun to talk to as well! I felt confident with her as the realtor. We had to go down in price, but I needed a quick sale and interest rates did not help buyers.

Amber knows I dislike doing anything on this computer, especially answering questions. All I can say is I would not use any other Realtor in the county.

We had problems with a couple of the local property appraisal companies, and she managed to find a more confident appraiser to complete the job and close the sale. I believe another realtor might not have had that experience and knowledge to work through what took additional seven weeks to close the dealdue to appraisal issues. Amber is extremely knowledgeable and personable to work with.

Amber made me comfortable with the purchase of my new lot from start to finish. She communicated with me in a timely manner about contract information and upcoming dates to remember. She built trust with me from our first conversation and kept me at ease throughout the whole closing process.

"Amber was incredible to work with from start to finish. As a first time seller, I had a lot of questions and felt overwhelmed at times, but Amber was always prompt, clear, and patient. She kept us informed at every single step and made the entire process stress-free. I cannot recommend her enough!"

It was a joy working with Amber on selling our mountain vacation home. She is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, persistent and professional. She made the home selling process easy and convenient. She's an excellent communicator and coordinator. As an out of state owner/seller, she facilitated all the steps required with electronic documents and signatures so I didn't have to make a 12 hour round trip drive. She kept my interests at the forefront by advocating for a higher sale price than other agents. She made sure everyone was engaged and offered suggestions that kept the process moving forward. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome and grateful for her efforts. I highly recommend Amber for all your real estate needs.

Had the property on the market for 15 days, and had our closing 15 days later! Total of 30 days. Amber is very informative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and thorough on her job. Amber is busy in her market, yet makes her client feel like they are a priority, not just another sale. If i were to buy or sell another property, I would not use anyone else other than Amber!! It was a pleasure having her as my re-estate agent! Hope to do more business with her in the future.

Amber has been great to me and my family. She helped me purchase a house that fit my family perfectly and then helped me sell it a year later. Couldn't say one bad word about her. If you need to buy or sell a property she is the perfect person for the job.

Amber from the beginning was very knowledgeable of the market and knew it wasn’t going to be an easy sell. Nevertheless she kept us current with the listings and gave us great advice on how to work with the market. It did take awhile to sell given the location and size but she never gave up on the advertising of it. She answered every call, as long as she had service, and if she didn’t she called back ASAP. She answered every question and never made us feel like we were a bother, though we know we were. Her team was as great as well! Prompt response on emails and paperwork, it all made for a great experience! I have bought property in the past with Amber as the selling agent and now have sold a property with her as my agent, either way I recommend her and her team highly!

We are so grateful for all of Amber’s help in finding our mountain house. Buying in a new area came with a lot of things that were completely new to us, and her knowledge made the entire process feel manageable and smooth. She knows the area incredibly well and had great local connections, referring us to trusted people whenever we needed them. Amber was very responsive from start to finish—always available and fast to reply, which gave us so much peace of mind. Since we weren’t able to get up there easily, she went above and beyond by doing video walkthroughs right before we closed, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Amber to anyone, especially if you’re navigating unfamiliar territory.

Amber is a true professional in the real estate world. She is extremely knowledgeable and a genuine person. When asked by the buyer to complete the sale in a 3 week period, Amber never balked, she just rolled up her sleeves and got to work. She always had a smile on her face and a warm welcome. We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. Thanks Amber for helping us.

Still waiting to receive the final paper work and keys, but am sure they will be forthcoming. Amber pushed to see that the closing occurred before years end which was a must for me. Thank you!
