Our experience with Amber was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. She guided us through this experience with understanding, compassion and professionalism. I can’t say enough about her!

Amber knows the Kremmling area and stays on top of the transition. We bought the house through her and sold the house through her. If I ever buy in the area again. Thanks Amber.

Painless process from start to finish, loved that all my questions were answered in a timely fashion.

Working with Amber was a delight, she kept us updated on market trends and availability of comparable properties. She was always very pleasant and helpful with any questions I had.

Amber had been working with my father in preparations to sell his house as he retired. He passed away before he was able to do that. She helped make this very difficult situation as stress and easy as possible. With us being out of state she went above and beyond to help in more ways than we could every ask. Amber is an amazing agent and an even more amazing human being. I highly recommend her and would use here again and again. Thank you again Amber for everything.

Amber was spot on! She made this purchase go smooth as silk. She went over and above helping us with her local knowledge.

This was the 10th house we have sold through Amber!

Second time using Amber. Would use her again in the future. She worked hard to sell my home...

Amber helped make my homeowner dream come true. I am so grateful for her help navigating the entire process! In addition, she goes the extra mile to help even after the transaction was final!! A true professional. Let her help you find you home sweet home!

Amber is excellent. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Hard worker. Communicative. Helpful.

Amber Lemon made the entire process of selling my property move smoothly. Her responses to all my concerns were timely which was reassuring as I live in Calif. We had a successful sale within a month! I am so grateful for her expertise.

Amber Lemon did an exceptional job coordinating the sale of our home and helping us get into our dream home here in Grand County. This was not an easy transaction. It was a three way deal with contingencies. Ambers professionalism, experience and people skills are second to none and made all the difference in our purchase. No drama, no missteps, no worries! There is no one more knowledgeable or trustworthy or experienced than Amber Lemon!
