His wife Jess and him work as the most functional team I have ever seen making deals and juggling kids… no idea how they make it work but unless I hadn’t known already, I would have no idea he even had a family because the man showed me 2-6 houses per week for months and responded to EVERY text, question, and phone call within minutes (no exaggeration). Even after I found my home, he was still there for anything I needed and referred me to several contractors that could help me.
