Darren got it sold!

Darren knew how to set our expectations right out of the gate. The first thing we did was take his advice to update the kitchens and bathrooms, paint the entire premises and put a new yard in. Our house had to separate from the competition. We put the house on the market right when the rates started climbing so it sat for longer than we wished but Darren reassured us that the entire market was suffering the same problem. Then one day we got a full priced, cash, 10 day close offer. The escrow went smooth and the house sold. Darren will now be looking for a replacement property for us. We are happy campers.
