Loved working with Bernadette! She's great at what she does and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. The experience was fun, low-stress and easy!

Bernadette was amazing in the home buying process! We were able to buy our forever home with her help! I would recommend her to Anyone!!! We have solar on our house and she went the extra mile to ensure we were able to buy our forever home.

Very professional. She is extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Very pleasant to work with. I look forward to using her again in the future.

I can compare our experience with our realtor in New Mexico that help us buy a house. Faun did a great job explaining what would proceed in selling our home but after that encounter, I did not feel we got the attention we deserved. The staging company and the actual furniture was fair at best. We feel Faun felt imposed upon when we had questions or ask for advise or recommendations. The whole process went well and overall wr are happy with the results.

Faun was the perfect realtor for our relocation to Denver. From the beginning, she was always available, very communicative, and honest with us. Whether it was seeing homes in person or via FaceTime, she would let us see homes quickly and give feedback beyond just the house (school districts, neighborhoods, HOAs, etc.). We ended up in our perfect house because Faun was willing to go to bat for us during negotiations. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Faun was an incredible asset on our home buying journey. Her wealth of knowledge tied with her decades of experience allowed for a streamlined process. She was very timely in getting back to me when I had questions, and was always available for me during any time of the day. I would definitely look to have her help on my next home buying adventure.
