"Melissa Bailey contacted me directly regarding multiple properties I was handling for a friend's estate. She made such an excellent impression during some of the worst days of my life, and was so respectful in her communications, that I saved only her solicitations from the stacks of rude, crass, & uninformed contacts from other Realtors. Because of that first impression and a follow-up information packet, it was obvious Melissa was a smart, hard worker, so I didn't feel the need to interview others when I eventually needed representation for a personal transaction. She has been every bit as honest, direct, and responsive as she originally seemed. Even as we encountered a changing market, she didn't shy away from adjusting my expectations, and readily provided documentation for her pricing suggestions. I would absolutely work with Melissa again, & hope she's available when I'm ready to sell another rental. And it goes without saying I will refer her if I know of anyone buying or selling!"
