My sister and I became co-executors of my father's estate followinghis death. Melissa went above and beyond showing us houses. We were out of state a lot, so she live streamed for us and when we could not do that, she made videos for us. She never gave up after a few years and a lot of bids!!!!

I house hunted for 3-4 years. I met Melissa early in the process through an inquiry about a property online. She answered my questions and then set up automated email alerts for homes in my desired locations and price range. She checked in from time to time with no pressure at all. When I was ready to purchase I contracted on two homes before the sale went through. She negotiated and contracted on both homes very capably and knowledgeably. Melissa provided much more than I expected in terms of inspection follow up by contacting roofers for estimates and pricing, ensuring the inspectors provided all information and follow up that was needed when some items were overlooked or unclear, and she even went to the house when the former owners were moving out to ensure that everything was left in good condition. She made the process very smooth and comfortable for me. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
