She is a great Agent.

Susan is remarkably on top of the housing market. I resisted some of her suggestions on what to spend money on to attract the buyer. Once the house sat on the market...I did what she said and it sold. My lesson is that no matter your personal taste...do what she says as she knows what will make the house sell fast.

Excellent communicator

Megan's expertise and tremendous effort to sell our home in a tough market were beyond our expectations - which is a rare statement from someone who is not easily impressed. She used her understanding of shifting market conditions and our needs to develop a thoughtful and effective selling strategy. The strategy included a clear plan to prepare the house for the market, aggressively advertising the property through her robust professional connections and using social media, and solid communication throughout the process to ensure everyone was informed and prepared for the next steps. Megan's presentation of showing feedback and outlining our options was very valuable, but most importantly, she put that information into context so we could make informed decisions. When the time came to negotiate on our behalf, it was clear that her experience and willingness to stand strong for our benefit were invaluable. You will not find another agent who possesses Megan's level of experience and soft skills (i.e. communication, reacting to market opportunities, balancing our needs with transactional needs), and who puts as much energy into her clients' success. Megan was a pleasure to work with and her dedication to our success was very clear - thank you Megan!

Megan did a fantastic job listing and selling our home...from start to finish! She impressed us from the very start with her friendly, outgoing personality, knowledge, and honesty. Megan was excellent in every aspect of the home selling process. She started by providing high quality timeline and pricing advice grounded in a ton of experience and local research. We always felt she had our best interests in mind and was there to inform and support us the whole way through. She helped us stage our home beautifully - professional photos, and very successful open house/sales week that led to a smooth sale. We feel confident that Megan took care of all the messy details behind the scenes so as a client we had the most stress free experience. We are extremely grateful to Megan and would highly recommend!
