Jen assisted us in selling our home of 10 years. We had already moved out so she facilitated cleaning and staging. Her knowledge of what is important to repair and what not to worry about was essential with our tight turnaround time. Her adherence to this timeline was spot on! The moment the staging was done the pictures were taken. We sold in our first weekend, hallelujah! When we were setting price she reviewed neighborhood comps with us in detail and gave feedback after she went to see the comps. We felt cared for and gently shepherded through the whole process Her reassuring and calm manner was just what we needed.

The photos of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine, and the quality of the listing and marketing showed in the result. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.
