Lou was great to work with. He was very responsive and would fight for me with negotiations whenever he could. He also went above and beyond and made sure the home was in proper order by doing a walk through before closing day. He also made sure I understood all specifics on documents so I knew I was getting the best deal or best understanding of what I was reading.
