She physically helped move boxes, used her own truck for dump runs, coordinated vendors, managed the schedule, and made sure we could get the house emptied, listed, and sold as smoothly as possible. She was patient when technology became frustrating for the homeowner, kept us constantly updated, communicated clearly, and was always easy to reach.
