Chris was wonderful to work with - he is a quick study of your personal preferences and communication styles and adapts his approach to best fit you, his client. One example for us was his 'just-in-time' messages to check in and prompt us to complete various actions, given our busy schedule with small children. Once we found a home we wanted to put an offer on, he was quick to ensure the paperwork was correctly prepared and delivered, and positioned us neatly for a quick acceptance from the seller. Thanks again Chris!

We were completely new to all of this and Chris was exactly who we needed. He was proactive, communicative, and genuinely thoughtful in a way that made a really daunting process feel totally manageable. He always had the next step figured out for us, checked in at the right moments, and guided us through decisions without ever being pushy and before we’d even thought to ask. We always felt like we mattered to him even knowing he had other clients to juggle. We’d absolutely work with Chris again and recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying their first home! I truly feel like we couldn’t have done this without him.

As first time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Buying a home can be an incredibly stressful process, especially in a competitive market, but Chris made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. His communication was outstanding from start to finish. He was always available to answer our many questions and took the time to explain every part of the home buying process in a way that was easy to understand. Beyond that, his knowledge of the local market and the neighborhoods we were considering was invaluable and helped us make informed decisions throughout our search. One thing that really stood out was Chris' attention to detail during home tours. He regularly pointed out potential issues that could arise during inspections, helping us evaluate properties realistically and avoid surprises later on. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind and was focused on helping us find the right home, not just any home. He also worked seamlessly with our lender and the other professionals involved in the transaction, keeping everything organized and moving forward smoothly. When it came time to negotiate, Chris advocated strongly on our behalf, addressing areas we were concerned about and helping us secure the best possible deal. Thanks to his expertise, guidance, and dedication, we felt confident purchasing our home despite the challenges of the market. We are extremely grateful for everything Chris did for us and would absolutely work with him again in the future. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely supportive realtor.
