We are so grateful that we decided to use Stacey Ownbey as our realtor to sell our home. From the first moment we spoke with her on the phone, to even tying up loose ends AFTER closing, she was hustling so hard for us! In the many homes we have bought and sold, we have never had a realtor work so hard for us. I mean this truly. At no extra cost to us, she not only had gorgeous photos taken of our house, but also virtual walk-through images, and a video, to help our property stand out. I never “believed” in the efficacy of open houses, but we received three offers and ALL of them were from open houses. She was constantly following up on leads and open house contacts, and in the end, that’s what got our house sold during a very difficult sellers’ market. In fact, she was able to get us two good offers on the same day, one of which was a full asking offer (with concession, which was fine by us). Throughout the process of selling, Stacey was the best communicator and we always felt like our opinions were valued and we were thoroughly kept in the loop. But she’s no pushover either, and gently gave us her professional opinion at times which helped guide us toward good decisions. I also need to shoutout to her partner Joan, who hosted some of the open houses, and served as a backup resource at times, and a knowledgeable voice to help us out. Closing was a breeze as they stayed on top of every date that needed something and helped us get in touch with necessary contractors to get work done. Stacey is so efficient at getting in touch with the right people and accomplishing items for closing, we couldn’t believe it. She was so enormously helpful during a very tricky move for us, and really went way above the call of duty to help us out. And as if all of that isn’t enough, she’s truly a good person, with a kind heart, who wants to make reasonable fair deals. This really aligned with our values and we are so glad that we were able to work with her and her team.

Gabby is phenomenal to work with!! She is so understanding, patient, observant, and truly listens to what your needs and wants are. She never pushed us to do anything like some other realtors we talked to did. Even the smallest details that we mentioned she remembered during the numerous showings we went to. She also worked around the clock for us to answer any questions we had. 10/10 definitely work with Gabby!!
