She's a top-notch negotiator and was very quick to respond whenever there were deadlines. Best things about Nancy, in my opinion, besides being a top-notch Realtor, are that she shows up whenever and wherever needed and she's always easy to get hold of by text, phone call, or email, which to me means a lot.

Stephanie had great insight into the market and when issues arose she communicated immediately and was equally responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommend her especially when selling homes in the foothills. If she didn’t have the answers she would ask questions and research what the best approach to take for our sale.

Jessica is great she definitely went above and beyond! This was my first time selling a house! I learned a lot! Jessica was great through the whole process! She was super professional the whole time even when the buyers agent was far from professional. When then inspection report came back and said my roof had issues. It was shocking my house was only 3 years old. She did some research and hunted down the Richmond warranty person and turns out my shingles had been recalled but they didn’t notify anyone. She coordinated everything for the roof and it got replaced in 3 days! I highly recommend Jessica! It’s going to be weird not talking to her almost everyday
