I knew Spencer casually and his calm, thoughtful demeanor seemed ideal for a stressful transaction, but we were facing a buyer's market and an oversaturated neighborhood, so we needed someone good. His reviews were positive. His market statistics the best I found among the realtors I researched. His initial presentation was thoughtful and thorough. We gave him a tough condition -- get the house sold in 60 days or we turn it into a rental -- and he generously agreed. During the sales process, he actively pursued all angles to get us to a sale, then even supported some extra creative ideas we had in finding a buyer. He was responsive and helpful to all of inquiries. I seriously can't think of a single complaint. He got us the sale at a respectable price and handle a few unexpected curve balls with that same calm, thoughtful manner. Highly recommended!

Glenda always made herself available to us while navigate the home buying process and was of course not only professional, but also so personable and easy to be on the same page as, given her practicality and reputability. She did a great job getting us oriented and staying in contact with us before, during, and after our home search and purchase. She was open, honest, and attentive to detail during showings, making sure to take notice of anything that raised red flags, while also gauging what we were looking for and later striving to find homes with the aspects we ideally wanted to be present, which led us to the home we ultimately settled on! Things went a little different for us than a typical home sale, as we ended up buying a new construction home. We didn’t feel very satisfied with our communications with the home builder, but Glenda was on our side the entire time and there to answer our questions and act as a steadfast representative of and advocate for us as issues with the home builder arose.
