Krista's communication skills and professionalism are superb. She kept an open line of communication through and through. It was never difficult to get a hold of her and she always responded promptly when she wasn't available. Her market knowledge is excellent and anything she didn't know immediately, she conducted her research on and provided her due diligence. She negotiated well for us and was always fair, with her customers best interest in mind. Bill's investment in our situation ranged from expert industry related advice all the way down to meeting service providers, adding hours of physical time in the home during pre-listing prep, even mowing the yard. One thing he told us at the beginning is he limits his listings during a defined timeframe to better focus on his current partners because he's not a team, he's Bill and he puts himself into it wholeheartedly. Even though he's part of an excellent firm we experienced his focus and assistance firsthand. Bill was always available and provided updates on a continual and consistent basis.
