Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with on our dream home property. She was able to have the seller accept a contingent offer on their property, due to us having to sell our other property first. (Continent Offers are rarely accepted in Colorado, and especially Cherry Hills Village) We had a double closing with selling our current home and purchasing our new home. She was an amazing agent that looked after every detail! We would not have been able to do this with any other agent. This is our third property to buy/sell with Heather, and we wouldn't want to do it with anyone else!

Sarah came to us as a suggestion from a co worker and she really did knock our socks off our feet. There isn’t a phone call she didn’t return or a text she didn’t get back to us within the day. Sarah and her team went above and beyond helping us stage our house and getting our updated photos for our listing. Helped us understand what was realistic and transparent as far as value. We know sometimes it’s luck selling, but we truly believe that without Sarah and her team there’s no way we could have sold only 4 days after listing!
