I recently (April-May 2026) used Greg as my listing agent for selling my mom’s estate house in Lakewood, Colorado, and was very pleased with the quality of service, communications, expertise, and results. It should also be noted that I had to manage most of this process from out-of-state, which was not an issue. Greg made sure everything for closing was properly set to finalize paperwork from a distance. It was a very successful sale.
