From the beginning to end Courtney has been unsurpassed in the service she provided. She is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Troy Hansford’s team priced out house fairly in the midst of a very rapidly changing market. They were right on with their recommendations about staging, timing, expectations, etc. Courtney was very responsive to our input regarding pictures that were posted and we feel that the house was marketed very well. We received an above asking offer the first weekend on the market. We have, however encountered issues with buyer’s financing. That is where Courtney absolutely shined. She spent many, many hours reaching out to the buyers’ agent and mortgage broker to make sure their financing came though. There were many hiccups on the buyers’ financing side, and when I was so anxious I could not sleep or eat, Courtney became my therapist as well :). She always answered her phone or called back immediately. Overall I would highly recommend Courtney.

Chris did a great job listing and selling our home. He really helped sort through the offers in order to help identify qualified buyers making it easier to determine whose offer to accept. We really appreciated his ability to balance guarding our time needed at home with request for showings. Chris also helped with suggestions for staging our home to highlight key features of the home during showings. Chris was careful to consider the impact on our time of being away for open house, scheduling open house to fit our schedule best. Most importantly we appreciated how quickly we received good offers and he was able to negotiate for us to remain in the home for 30 days after the sale to accommodate our move to our new location.
