Terry is very knowledgeable realtor. He gave great suggestions and was very informative in every decision we had to make. He went above and beyond our expectations and kept us informed every step of the way. Loved working with Terry because he made the whole experience stress free.

(Part 1 of 2 reviews that had to be split up) This review is way overdue...Sorry Richard. Richard is one of the most compassionate people I have ever seen in this industry. Richard helped me in so many ways that you just don't find today. He has done more than I would ever expect or ask anyone to do. That is who Richard is if you get the pleasure of working with this great man! I have a chronic illness & from day to day don't know what condition I will be in. We started working together in the Spring w/the plan to have my property sold in the Summer. However, most of the Summer I was sick in the hospital. Richard knew what needed to be done & instead of waiting for me he took control of the situation & did what needed to be done. He meet my tenants who have lived in my property for a long time. He did a walk through with my tenant of the property and took detailed notes on what needs to be cleaned up or fixed. He also took pictures of key details that he wanted to share with me.

Sascha is knowledgeable and committed to supporting the seller. Our experience was incredible. We had so many questions and concerns and Sascha was extremely patient with us and worked through everything with us and for us. We knew he always had our best interest first and foremost. I would highly recommend Sascha for anyone looking to sell their home. Sascha has a passion to serve his clients.
